Do you ship internationally?
Sarris Candies is only able to ship to addresses in the continental U.S. and Canada. Special shipping rates apply to shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Please contact customer service for more information.
How will my order be shipped/packaged to prevent melting?
As temperatures fluctuate, we may hold your order if the state you’re shipping to is experiencing temperatures above 70°. During this time, orders are only shipped out Monday through Thursday. All orders will be packed in an insulated bag with ice packs and require Expedited or Overnight shipping to prevent melting.
We guarantee that all orders will arrive in perfect condition when shipped with warm weather packaging. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team for more assistance.
Do you offer same-day or local delivery?
We do not offer same-day or local delivery. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and are subject to standard shipping times based on your selected method and location.
Do you offer same-day pick up?
We do not offer same-day pickup. All store pickup orders require 48 business hours for processing.
Will I be notified when my order is ready for pick up?
We do not send a separate notification when your order is ready for pickup. Your pickup date will be listed in your email confirmation, so please refer to that when planning your visit.
Where do I pick up my order?
For online orders, please stop in our candy store and let an associate know your name so they can retrieve your order.
For bar & rod or online fundraising orders, please drive around to our back alley to garage door #2 and ring the bell. If picking up after 5 pm, please stop in our candy store to inform an associate. For a smoother pickup experience, please bring a copy of your email confirmation.
For business gifting orders, please drive around to our back alley to garage door #2 and ring the bell. If picking up after 5 pm, please stop in our candy store to inform an associate.
Can I ship to multiple recipients?
Yes, you can ship to multiple recipients in a single order. During checkout, you'll have the option to enter different shipping addresses. After entering the first address, simply click "Add Another Shipping Address" to include more. You can then choose which items in your cart go to each location.
How long does it take to ship an order?
Orders can be expected to ship within 5 (five) business days. At that time, a tracking number will be sent to your email address on file.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t receive a confirmation, your order may not have been completed successfully. Please double-check your email’s junk/spam folder and try again or contact us for assistance.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
Yes, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from UPS, FedEx, or USPS once your order leaves our facility. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)?
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes using USPS, however, please allow for additional time in transit.
Free shipping is available for military addresses (APO/FPO). Due to increased time in transit, we cannot guarantee against melting or that packages will arrive by a specific date.
