Order processing time may be extended during sales and promotions.Store pickup orders require a minimum of 72 business hours for processing. Orders shipping ground can be expected to ship within 48-72 business hours, but may take up to five (5) business days. If a future ship date is chosen at checkout, your package will be held and shipped on that date. You will receive tracking information via email once your package leaves our facility.

At Sarris Candies, we are committed to supporting our community and giving back to organizations that make a positive impact. To ensure fairness and efficiency in handling donation requests, we have established the following policies and guidelines:
Eligibility Criteria:
- We prioritize donations to organizations, schools, and community groups that participate in one of our fundraising programs.
- Requests must come from organizations located within the regions where Sarris Candies operates, primarily Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and surrounding areas.
- Donations are typically provided for fundraising events, charity auctions, or community programs that align with our values.
- Organizations may submit one request per calendar year.
Note: Monetary donation requests are not accepted.
Review Process:
- Requests are reviewed by our Donations Committee on a weekly basis.
- Organizations that have been approved will be notified within 1 week.
- Approved donations must be picked up at our Canonsburg location.
- If you did not receive an email confirming your request, you did not meet our criteria for giving.
Request for Submission Guidelines:
- Requests must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the event date.
- Requests must be submitted through our online donation request form on the Sarris Candies website.
- Mail, email or phone requests will not be accepted.
- Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
Exclusions:
- Individuals or personal fundraisers.
- Events outside our geographic focus.
- Activities or efforts such as competitions, golf outings, recognition events, holiday parties, door prizes, giveaways, and rewards or other incentive programs are not eligible for a donation.
- Sponsorships or donations for individuals or teams, (for example, walk-a-thons, contests, pageants, scholarships, reunions, or ambassador programs) will not be considered.
- Donations for families or individuals will not be considered.
