Order processing time may be extended during sales and promotions. Store pickup orders require a minimum of 72 business hours for processing. Orders shipping ground can be expected to ship within 48-72 business hours, but may take up to five (5) business days. If a future ship date is chosen at checkout, your package will be held and shipped on that date. You will receive tracking information via email once your package leaves our facility.

When shipping to states where temperatures are above 70 degrees, warm weather packaging is required to guarantee your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. We cannot replace or refund any order due to melting if warm weather packaging is not applied.
