What if I need to cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is placed, it begins moving through our fulfillment process quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t yet shipped.


How far in advance do I need to order baby/wedding favors/custom wrapped bars?

Orders containing custom products require a minimum of 10 business days for processing and production. This allows us enough time to prepare, personalize, and package your items with the care and attention they deserve. Ordering early also helps ensure availability and on-time delivery for your special occasion.


Can I choose the date for my order to ship? 

Yes, you can choose the shipping date for your order during checkout. Please note that this is the date your order will leave our facility, not the date it will be delivered. Transit times will vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
