Request a Mascot Appearance  

Thank you for your interest in hosting one of our mascots at your event. Please read all information on this page prior to submitting your request. Be sure to fill the form out in its entirety and include as much detail as possible. 

Please note: completing the form does not guarantee an appearance.

Appearance Policies 

• Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks but no more than 3 months before the planned event. 
• On the day of event, our team must be provided: 
  • A parking place close to the event 
  • A private place (not a public restroom) to dress 
  • A secure location for their clothes and personal items 
  • One 15-minute break

Rates and Fees 

• $500/hour per mascot (2 hours max) 
• $250 nonrefundable deposit due at time of booking 
• Includes a handler to help mascot navigate the event area and handouts for your attendees. 
• Reduced rates may be available for non-profit charities or events that meet eligibility requirements.
