Where are birthday parties held?
Birthday parties take place at the Sarris Candies Chocolate Factory, located at 135 Meadow Lane, Canonsburg, PA 15317. Each party is hosted in our dedicated private event space.
How do I book a birthday party?
Ready to plan a sweet celebration? Contact our team to inquire about availability and get started! We'll help you select a date, review party details, and discuss any special requests or add-ons.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be applied toward your total party cost.
How far in advance should I book?
Parties must be booked at least 14 days in advance, but we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date! Party spots are limited and tend to fill up quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

When is the remaining balance due?
Your remaining balance, final guest count, and any optional add-ons must be confirmed and paid in full at least seven days before your scheduled party. The Mini Ice Cream Bar requires 14 days' advance notice to allow our team time to prepare.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own food, cake, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages with prior approval from Sarris Candies.
We ask that all food and drinks stay within the designated party area and that you provide any necessary supplies and serving utensils. You'll also be responsible for serving and cleaning up anything you bring within your scheduled party time.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes! You're welcome to personalize your party space with decorations approved by our team in advance. Gllitter, confetti, nails, screws, staples, and adhesives that could damage surfaces are not permitted.
All decorations and personal belongings must be removed before your scheduled party time ends.
Can we arrive early to set up?
Early setup may be available with prior approval, depending on our event schedule. Please coordinate any setup requests with our team in advance, as early access cannot be guaranteed.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change! Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 7 days before your party: Payments other than the non-refundable deposit may be refunded, minus any additional non-refundable expenses.
- Within 7 days of your party: Payments are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once, subject to availability.
- Within 24 hours of your party: No refunds or rescheduling are available.
Approved rescheduled parties must take place within 90 days of the original event date, subject to availability.
Do parents need to stay during the party?
Yes! While our party host will guide children through the chocolate-making experience and activities, parents, guardians, or designated adult chaperones must remain on-site and supervise children throughout the party.
Are you able to accommodate food allergies?
We want every guest to have a safe and enjoyable experience! Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions before your party.
Our chocolate, toppings, candy, and ice cream may contain or come into contact with milk, soy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
What ages are birthday parties recommended for?
Our chocolate-making birthday parties are recommended for children ages 5–12. They're designed to give young chocolate lovers a fun, hands-on experience where they can get creative and make their own chocolate creations!
