Coconut Macaroon Blossoms

Yield: 30 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 5 ½ cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 48 Milk Chocolate Blossoms

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350º F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, shredded coconut and salt. Add in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Stir until combined.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to form 1 inch dough balls and place 1 inch apart on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops are lightly golden. Allow to cool for 5 minutes then press one Milk Chocolate Blossom into the center of each cookie. Move to wire rack to finish cooling.
