Ingredients:
- 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles
- 8 oz. Milk Chocolate Blossoms
- 30 Saltine crackers (1 sleeve)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300º. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat and arrange crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar, stirring until the mixture reaches a boil. Boil for 2-3 minutes. For best results, use a candy thermometer and boil until mixture reaches 270–290º.)
- Immediately and carefully pour the hot sugar mixture over the crackers, using a spatula to ensure they’re coated evenly.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until the candy hardens. Remove from oven.
- Immediately top with our Milk Chocolate Blossoms over the crackers. Allow to melt for a few minutes before spreading over hardened toffee. (If chocolate doesn’t melt enough, put back in the over for 1-2 minutes, then spread.)
- Top with festive sprinkles, then allow the treat to cool completely before breaking into pieces and serving.
