Boozy Dubai-Style Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of Sarris pistachio ice cream

  • 1½ oz. vanilla vodka

  • ½ oz. Irish cream liqueur

  • 2–3 oz. whole milk

  • Milk Chocolate Hard Cap

  • Crushed pistachios

  • Optional: toasted kataifi for garnish

Directions

  1. Melt Milk Chocolate Hard Cap and drizzle around the inside of a chilled glass. Place in the refrigerator to set while you continue the recipe.

  2. Blend the pistachio ice cream, vanilla vodka, Irish cream and milk until thick and creamy.

  3. Pour into the prepared glass.

  4. Top with another drizzle of Milk Chocolate Hard Cap, crushed pistachios and toasted kataifi.
