Available Seasonally for Christmas and Easter

1) Get Started
Sign up for your sale online or by calling us at 1-800-255-7771. When signing up, you will also choose a delivery date and time that works with your schedule. We give you everything necessary to kickstart your sale and there are never any hidden fees for forms, packaging, or delivery.

2) Distribute Materials
Each salesperson will need a color brochure and master sheet. At the end of your sale, both copies of all master sheets should be returned to the chairperson. Your sellers should keep their color brochures to distribute orders when they arrive.

3) Motivate Your Sellers
Set achievable goals, share our marketing materials, and check in often. Our Amazon Gift Card Prize Program is a great way to encourage and incentivize your sellers to work hard and help your group reach its goals. Reward your highest sellers or randomize the winners to keep everyone engaged!

4) Submit Your Orders
We offer two easy ways to submit your group’s orders! Mail-In Master Sheets: Collect all master sheets and payment from your group members. Deliver both copies of all master sheets to Sarris Candies. Online Master Sheets: Submit all orders using our Online Master Sheet. Payment is required at time of order when submitting online.

5) Delivery Day
Our delivery drivers will unload and stack your boxes based on your direction. Each seller will have at least one box packed with their name and the boxes will be arranged in alphabetical order for easy distribution. We will also provide you with an order summary including sellers’ names and your profit amount (up to 35%).

1) Get Started
Sign up for your sale online or by calling us at 1-800-255-7771. You will receive a unique Group ID# for your supporters to use when ordering.

2) Promote Your Sale
Encourage your sellers to share your Group ID# with their family and friends. We offer a full suite of social media ads and suggested captions to help you spread the word about your sale.

3) Shop Online
Your supporters can visit our fundraising website, enter your Group ID#, seller’s name, and shop from hundreds of everyday favorites and seasonal specialties.

4) No Distribution Required
Orders can be picked up at our Canonsburg store or ship directly to your supporters’ homes. We offer free ground shipping on orders of $100 or $7 flat-rate ground shipping on any order.

5) Sweet Profit
For every purchase made online, your group will receive 25% profit. A profit check will be mailed to you at the end of the fundraising season.

Chocolate Bars & Pretzel Rods

Available All Year Round

1) Place Your Order
Purchase boxes of our chocolate bars and pretzel rods at a special discounted rate online or by calling 1-800-255-7771 and earn up to 50% profit!

2) Choose Your Selling Price
Decide how much profit you want to make by choosing your own selling price. We recommend selling the 1.5 oz. Bars for $2 and the 2 oz. Bars & Rods for $3.

3) Sell and Earn Profit
Sell your chocolate bars and pretzels rods at full price in your workplace, at events, or in concession stands to earn money!
